Import & customs
Ocean or air freight depending on battery class and urgency, cleared through our customs broker. Lithium packs move under UN 38.3 documentation.
Commissioning
The unit is unpacked, powered, calibrated and tested by our technicians before it reaches your floor, not shipped blind from a factory to your door.
